Colin Martin was born in Dublin in 1973. He studied at the College of Marketing and Design graduating with first class honours in 1994 before completing his postgraduate studies the following year. In 1999 he was appointed Studio Manager at the Black Church Print Studio where he is a member. Colin has received many awards for his work including the Michael Byrne Print Award (1998) and the Tony O'Malley Travel Award (2000). In recent years he has had solo shows in Dublin and Cork. His work has been selected for numerous group shows in Ireland, Britain, Europe and Canada and for several important public and private collections. |
